Seems like there have been more interruptions than content lately. But things are about to change.
A quick rundown of future plans:
The end of Morning Coffee is in sight. (I actually drafted it back in October and haven’t had a chance to post it.) I can’t wait for you to read it. I’m looking forward to your feedback.
I’ve also adjusted my writing schedule to match my current work schedule. In so many words, my work responsibilities have tripled, and I’ve had almost no time to update the blog. (I’ve been working through lunch breaks to keep up. Shh! Don’t tell anybody.) Due to this, writing at work is out of the question. Instead, I’m going to start drafting during weekday evenings and posting on the weekends. Posts will be a little longer, but they’ll be much more consistent.
Which leads me to my next major announcement: my new series. It’s very different from anything I’ve posted before, and I hope you’ll like it. Tentatively, it’s called “Robert.” It’s about a family, a boy, and a doll.
Stay tuned.
Anywho, that’s me this week. What are your thoughts on ending Morning Coffee? What do you think of the new series?
Stay weird,
Jake
Looking forward to the new series, man. Godspeed!

I’d actually like your feedback on it. It’s so different from Morning Coffee, it borderline scares me. But I need to expand my boundaries, so this will be a fun exercise. And, better, I think this will be much more marketable than Kafka-esque horror-comedy.

Me too… When I get a draft finished, I’ll shoot it your way. I’m dying for feedback.

All of yous on morning coffee are going to be missed. Looking forward to the new – it’s good to break out of the mould – not that you hadn’t already broken out…

I’m going to miss them, too. I love the world, so I’m not ruling out another romp–but I need to switch it up. I hope you’ll enjoy the new stuff. I’m looking forward to sharing it with you.

Me, too. Thanks for hanging in there during such a weird transition period.

Well, uni is finished up for the year so I’ve nothing better else to do than stalk my fav bloggers, drink cheap coffee and watch my kitten zoom around the lounge like a lunatic.

Not a doctor, but you should probably stop giving the cat coffee at some point.
